Video series

Dr Sam Ginsberg – Staying Positive, Active & Healthy video series

Dr Sam Ginsberg retired psychologist and Patron of Hands on Health Australia shares insights and tips on how to manage your way through this very difficult COVID 19 time in our Nation’s history. In particular our friends in Victoria are having a tough time with lock down restrictions, which have impacted their lives and possibly their mental and physical health.

In this 6 part series Sam discusses loneliness, moods and emotions and how our feelings control our moods and behaviours. He gives practical tips suggesting that we all STAY ACTIVE, STAY POSITIVE and STAY HEALTHY and to ensure we check on the wellbeing of family, friends and co-workers by asking RUOK. Support is available through LIFELINE 13 11 14.
