Help Us Hold the Line
For 40 years, Hands-on Health Australia has been "holding the line" for people facing disadvantage — ensuring health and wellbeing do not collapse under the weight of poverty, isolation, and hardship.
Now, we are expanding.
We are building a new central hub in Reservoir, in Melbourne's north, to meet rising need and strengthen services for the community.

Disadvantage isn't just about income.
It is about health.
It is about isolation.
It is about mental and emotional wellbeing.
When health gives way, people fall below the baseline needed to sustain life in society. That tipping point is where people "fall under."
In the north of Melbourne — particularly in Darebin — the need is growing. Poverty, housing stress, food insecurity, and emerging public health concerns are placing immense pressure on already vulnerable communities.
For decades, we have been catching people before they fall. Now, we must expand to keep doing so.
